If you set up a mirror with the same host name as the content provider has,
you will probably get sued for identity theft, cybersquatting, forgery or
whatever.

I don't mean mirrors with different host names. I mean mirrors with the 
same hostnames, exacltly as is done today for high volume web sites. 
www.yahoo.com is not just one box after all.
